On Sunday, October 25, SIATech North County joined the community at the Día de los Muertos Festival at Civic Center Plaza in Downtown Oceanside.
Mentor Teachers Amanda Roletti and Sonia Godinez staffed our booth, where they shared information about our school with families and neighbors and enjoyed the festivities. The festival brought together the lowrider and classic car show, live music and Danza performances, kids’ crafts, vendors, food, and a catrina and catrín contest.
Events like this are a great way for us to connect with the North County community and let families know that SIATech is here for students looking for a flexible path to earning their high school diploma. Thank you to Ms. Roletti and Ms. Godinez for representing us, and to everyone who stopped by to say hello.
