Wellness

SIATech offers students a Wellness services to promote mental, physical, and emotional health. We want our students to know we care and support about each of them. At SIATech, we offer mental health counseling, stress management workshops, and wellness activities such as yoga and mindfulness sessions. Students have access to resources that encourage healthy lifestyle choices, coping mechanisms, and help-seeking in times of stress. Through a compassionate and inclusive approach, SIATech’s Wellness Program fosters a supportive environment where students can thrive academically and personally in order to achieve their full potential.
