Los Angeles Job Corps
1020 S. Olive St.
Los Angeles, CA 90015
The recent announcement that Job Corps will be on a “phased pause” has been a surprise to many of us working on these centers. However, we are diligently working to set up systems for students to continue their education and courses that are currently in progress. We want our students to rest assured that we are here to support you every step of the way.
Thinking about enrolling at SIATech? Join one of our upcoming virtual information sessions this Wednesday at 9pm and 5pm to learn more about SIATech! It will explain how our program works, the steps to enroll, and what to expect for our Job Corps students.
SIATech at Los Angeles Job Corps Center have been in service to the community since 1998. The SIATech high school partners with the Job Corps program to give students (ages 16-24) the opportunity to earn their diploma while they learn a trade through this free Department of Labor program.
Job Corps offers the career trades programs, and more campus life benefits. Furthermore, while SIATech provides the high school academic program, Job Corps also provides additional academic and life skills education to help you be successful. After graduating, you will be qualified and prepared for today's professional workplace. Additional Job Corps graduate benefits include a transition allowance to assist you with transportation and housing services and job placement assistance after graduation along with career and relocation counseling services.
To attend SIATech at Los Angeles Job Corps, students must first enroll in Los Angeles Job Corps. Learn more about the eligibility requirements to join Job Corps on their website, and begin enrolling.
