SIATech's Superintendent, Dr. Linda Dawson, congratulation message for the graduating class of 2020. SIATech held its first virtual graduation on June 4, 2020. Teachers and staff shared some words of encouragement during these difficult times of racism and inequalities.
Dr. Dawson says "Enjoy this moment but don't stop here. Continue to create the future you want and so definitely deserve."
This is also a bittersweet moment for SIATech since Dr. Dawson is retiring this year. Although we will miss her, she is passing the baton to Dr. Terrance Mims. He brings more than 25 years of experience in public education and business management to the organization.
