How do you know if you or someone you know need help with the use of drugs and/or alcohol? Well, does the substance have been taken to feel ok, feel happy, be around others, deal with your emotions, your life? When you take it, do you ever feel out of control and overuse the substance? Do you ever do or say things that you regret while taking the substance? Does it impact your mood and thinking?
Think about whether your life is better or worse because of your use?
Does the substance help or hinder your from reaching your goals and dreams?
This is your life, and if you feel like a substance is interfering with your life, in anyway, reach out, talk to someone, and decide what is right for you, and how to get support if need it.

The important thing is talk to someone and get help or get help for someone you care about.
